Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using SleepEcho on Android and iOS. Mandatory terms of the store where you obtained the app also apply.
General wellness only
SleepEcho provides informational analysis of sounds recorded during sessions you start. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
Recording responsibility
You are responsible for using audio recording legally and appropriately in your location, including obtaining consent from anyone whose voice may be recorded. Do not use SleepEcho to secretly monitor another person.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Prices, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown in the app and on the Google Play or Apple purchase sheet before confirmation.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through the store account used for purchase. Cancellation stops a future renewal and normally does not remove access already paid for.
- A free trial, when offered and when you are eligible, converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Lifetime Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to the store account used for purchase and can be restored where the store supports it.
- Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Google Play or Apple under the applicable store rules.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
Features may change as SleepEcho improves. We may suspend functionality when necessary for security, maintenance, law, or platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Store terms
Google Play’s applicable terms govern Android store distribution and billing. The Apple Standard EULA applies to App Store downloads. Mandatory store terms control if they conflict with these terms.
